The core of Revvolt's terms, in plain language.

The key points

• You authorise Revvolt to register your charge sessions as EREs with the NEa and to sell them on your behalf.
• We only charge a service fee on actual proceeds — no subscription, no hidden costs.
• The contract runs per calendar year and renews automatically; you can cancel yearly with one month's notice. Your EAN can only be registered with one service provider per calendar year.
• As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period after signing up.
• The ERE price is set by the market. We don't guarantee a fixed price or proceeds — amounts you see up front are indicative.
• Payouts follow quarterly, within 30 days of quarter end, once the NEa has accepted the registration and the EREs have been sold.
• You make sure your details are correct (EAN, charger, bank account) and report changes within 14 days.
• Records underlying an ERE registration are retained as long as the NEa and tax authorities require — also after cancellation.
• Beyond that your data stays yours: we only use charging data for registration, sale and payout.
