Is an Enphase charger eligible for ERE registration?
Yes — if you have the Enphase IQ EV Charger 2. It has a built-in MID-certified meter (Class B), exactly what the NEa requires to earn money from home charging. Older Enphase chargers are not supported yet.

No Enphase solar panels required
Enphase is best known for inverters and home batteries, but the IQ EV Charger 2 works just fine as a standalone charger with its own Enphase account. So you don't need Enphase solar panels or a home battery to earn EREs. The earnings calculator shows what registration indicatively yields.
Connecting Enphase: securely through your own account
You connect a compatible Enphase through your own Enphase account — you don't share your password with us and only grant access to your charging data. The full step-by-step guide is in Connect your Enphase charger.

Do charge sessions from earlier this calendar year count?
Yes. Sessions from the current calendar year can be registered retroactively, provided the history was recorded securely. For a compatible Enphase we fetch it automatically.
