Connecting your Easee charging station
Step by step guide to connect your Easee Charge Max or Charge Pro.

What you need
- Your Easee app credentials (email address or phone number + password)
- Your charging station must be online (connected via Wi-Fi or 4G)
Steps
- In the portal, go to Connect charger and choose Easee.
- Sign in with your Easee account credentials. We use them once to set up a secure connection — we never store your password.
- We automatically detect your charging station, its model and serial number, and check whether the model is MID-certified.
- Your full charging history for this calendar year is imported immediately. This usually takes less than a minute.
After that
New charge sessions are retrieved automatically — nothing more to do. Continue with registering your location to become eligible for payouts.
