Connect your Peblar charger to Revvolt via OCPP
Connect your Peblar Home Plus or Business to Revvolt via OCPP and earn automatically from the kWh you charge at home. How it works through your Peblar's local web interface, step by step.
Do you have a Peblar Home Plus or Business (with built-in MID meter)? You'll soon be able to connect it directly to Revvolt via OCPP — Peblar's own cloud API is internal-only, but OCPP is exactly what it's made for. New to OCPP? Read what OCPP is first.

What do you need?
- A compatible Peblar with built-in MID meter (Home Plus or Business — see the table below)
- The installation card from the box (it carries the charger's password)
- A charger that is online (Wi-Fi or wired) with up-to-date firmware (via the Peblar app)
How to connect your Peblar
- Update the firmware first via the Peblar app.
- Open the local web interface. Connect to the charger's Wi-Fi hotspot and go to
http://172.16.0.1, or on your home network usepblr-<your-chargepoint-id>.local. Sign in with the installation-card password. - Start reconfiguration. Go to Management mode → Reconfigure — the backoffice setting can only be changed through this step.
- Choose "Managed" and select Revvolt. In the authorization step pick Managed mode and select Revvolt from the backoffice list. Leave the APN field empty (unless your charger connects via SIM).
- Restart the charging station. It then announces itself to Revvolt automatically; we recognise the model and serial number and your sessions start flowing.
Which Peblar models are eligible?

Only models with a built-in MID meter qualify for EREs — for Peblar that's the Home Plus and Business (not the base Home). Not sure? Do the charger check.

- Peblar only supports encrypted connections (wss) — exactly what Revvolt uses.
- Eichrecht-certified Peblar chargers can attach digitally signed meter readings: the highest evidence level for your registration.

Frequently asked questions
Can I connect my Peblar myself?
Yes. The setting lives in the charger's local web interface, and the password is on the installation card that came in the box. No installer needed.
I can't enter a custom server address on my Peblar. Is that right?
Correct. Peblar works with a fixed list of backoffice providers rather than a free-form field. Revvolt therefore needs to be on that list — we're in touch with Peblar about it. Once that's arranged, you simply pick Revvolt from the list.
Does this also apply to the BlueBuilt (Coolblue) or Eneco Connectric?
Those are built on the same platform but run on Coolblue's and Eneco's clouds respectively. A separate route applies to those variants; we'll publish details as soon as they're known.
Does my Peblar app still work after connecting?
The Peblar app remains in use for firmware updates among other things. Whether every app feature is retained with an external backoffice is something we're still confirming; we'll note it here once verified.
